The Elementary Teachers of Toronto article is essentially a stub article about one ETFO local that briefly summarizes who they are (in one or two sentences) and what their governance is (again in one or two sentences). It is almost entirely based on their official website. It is unlikely to expand beyond a stub, and would make more sense to be mentioned in this article (which it already is). I was very close to redirecting, but thought maybe some of the content could be moved over here if others agree. Singularity42 (talk) 16:44, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
In the 3 years since this was proposed there has been some expansion, with independent references, for the Toronto page. As the case is stall and doesn't seem to apply any more, I'll remove the merge templates; no problems for me, though, should anyone want to make a new case.
