Fair use rationale for Image:Elephantmountainyb.jpg[edit]
Image:Elephantmountainyb.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Jerry Corbitt on Elephant Mountain?[edit]
I'm curious about Jerry Corbitt's contribution to Elephant Mountain. He's not listed in the credits, but then neither is David Lindley, who according to the liner notes* for the Sundazed reissue, is playing the "tear-stained fiddle" on Darkness, Darkness. I read that second hand, as I don't have the actual liner notes, so I don't know if they mention Jerry.

It sure sounds Jerry Corbitt singing harmony on "Smug," and possibly "Rain Song."

I finally got a copy of the Sundazed Reissue and adjusted the credits on the main page here to be in-line with the album's new liner notes. Corbitt is said to have contributed to the album and I quoted from the liner notes.
