The second link on this is broken. Maybe replace it with another updated link? Cici.d (talk) 07:36, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone have any reliable information on Elissa's D.O.B.? 31 July is definitely right...the year I'm not so sure about. One Internet source I've found says she started skating at the age of twelve, another says 1989, so that's where I got the year from. Thanks. The Great Gavini skater post

1975 is right. You can verify it here: http://etniesskate.com/team/elissa-steamer-1/stats/ User Talk: BubbaStrangelove

I cannot find notability guidelines for skateboarders anywhere. StewartNetAddict (talk) 19:34, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This article claims that Elissa is the first female pro skater. However, Patti McGee's page makes the same claim. Based on my minimal research, it appears that the title does indeed go to Patti. 99.95.211.33 (talk) 00:32, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notability template removal

[edit]

I removed the Notability template today, as it is not warranted. In July 2014, Steamer remains the most prominent and well-known female skateboarder in the history of professional skateboarding.--Soulparadox (talk) 06:06, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
