Position

[edit]

I don't understand how PRM could be considered anything BUT extreme nationalist. -- Funar painted park benches in the tricolor colors and hung a proliferation of flags around cluj as a direct affront to ethnic Hungarians; -- "Romania Mare" and "Tricolorul" still include anti-Hungarian, anti-Roma and Holocaust-denial articles. And these are ostensibly the mouthpieces of the party. The preceding unsigned comment was added by MIsterMan (talk • contribs) 24 Jan 2006.

Yo, bra. I know you'd prefer a proliferation of Hungarian flags around the city but to each his own, right ? -Voievod 20:20, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yo, bra back. No, I would prefer to see a normal number of Romanian flags. MIsterMan 00:50, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with mister above. As a Romanian resident of Cluj, I think it is good to see the city look more normal now. No other city in Romania had blue, yellow, and red park benches! Diversity in any city should be celebrated, not used as something to make one group feel better than another or as a revenge for supposed acts by or aganst our great grandfathers. merci Mircea23 00:29, 9 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notability

[edit]

It is absurd that the notability of this topic is being questioned. He is an important politician in Romania and leader of the Romanian president's political party. I propose that the banner re notability be taken off. —Preceding unsigned comment added by MIsterMan (talkcontribs) 15:57, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pronunciation?

[edit]

Boke? Bawk? Boats? Bahts? Boatch? Bawtch? Eastern European terminal Cs do all kinds of things, and a well-intentioned American needs some kind of guidance… — crism (talk) 20:53, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete

[edit]

Nothing about his education. Nothing about his professional career prior of becomimg mayor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Srelu (talkcontribs) 14:33, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ouch!

[edit]

Was that very painfull? How long it took for him to recover?

Page split

[edit]

some of this should be split of the "Emil Boc government" page. the PM section involved info that is beyond the scope of an article about him, and then one needs to add [1]Lihaas (talk) 12:38, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
