That makes no sense, and probably wouldn't be a reason for inclusion if it did. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 15:59, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Clarify from others, see Executive order (disambiguation). 99.181.143.108 (talk) 04:31, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Way off topic. The external link itself probably doesn't belong. --Ronz (talk) 06:10, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hardly, see Zero-net-energy USA federal buildings and Fleet vehicle. 99.181.131.215 (talk) 00:32, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, what is your point? --Ronz (talk) 02:53, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Protection but article needs major work[edit]

I've semi-protected the article for a week because of the edit warring by the dynamic IP...but I'd appreciate if someone would fix the massive external links problems in this article, since I'd rather stay uninvolved. First, there shouldn't be direct links in the text itself, and second, there probably shouldn't be any links other than the one to the main eGRID website. You can hash out the details, but this is very much inappropriate as it stands now. Qwyrxian (talk) 12:00, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
