Inaccuracies[edit]

There are many inaccuracies in this article.

In the first paragraph, it was Abaoji who named his brother heir apparant. It was the empress Dowager Yingtian who supported Deguang, not Abaoji.

In the second paragraph, Prince Bei already had the title Prince of Dongdan prior to the elevation of Deguang. Even though Prince Bei went to China in 930, he still sent intelligence to his brother as late as 934. Also, Deguang raised Prince Bei's son, who became emperor after Deguang.

In the fourth paragraph it was Abaoji, not Deguang, who created the Northern and Southern Chancelleries that created dual administrations.

I have rewritten the article with these corrections and more detail. However, I will hold off on posting it until the person who expanded the article to its current extant has a chance to comment. ludahai 魯大海 13:23, 20 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
