Is Redfearn v. Serco Ltd [2006] EWCA Civ 659 relevant to this article? That case was a claim of race discrimination according to [1]. Richard Pinch (talk) 06:20, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, but since you mention it I'll put up the page! Redfearn claimed before the Reg's came into effect. His claim was that (1) he had been sacked (2) because he was a member of the BNP (3) and BNP members are overwhelmingly white (4) so this was indirect racial discrimination! Mummery LJ essentially told him to get lost because you can't tolerate intolerance. I imagine it would be decided exactly the same today. Wikidea 09:50, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
