Shaft Tolerance of 10+0-0.009 or 10+0+0.009[edit]

As recently as May 13, 2016 in the International Tolerance Grades section, an example shaft tolerance of 10+0−0.009 was given. That seemed correct to me. Then it was changed, I thought accidentally, to 10+0+0.009 which seems incorrect to me. I changed it back and then on May 15 it was again changed to 10+0+0.009. It seems like you would want the shaft to be no bigger than the nominal size of 10 rather than +0 to +0.009 which I think means from at least exactly nominal size and up to +0.009, which I think would mean the shaft could be 0.009 bigger than the nominal size. It is stated in the example that the parts are to be assembled by hand. If the H7 hole was made the minimum tolerable size at exactly 10-0 and the h6 shaft was made at exactly maximum tolerable size of 10+0.009, then I think that would be an interference fit of almost a hundredth of a mm, and that would be a little tight for hand assembly. International Tolerance grade[edit]

why are there two sections with headings "International Tolerance grade". Stuck between there is a blurb about standard tolerance that seems unrelated to international tolerance..
