Fair use rationale for Image:XTC English Settlement.jpg[edit]

Image:XTC English Settlement.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

We surely ought to have the original (UK) LP cover on here anyway. This is the wrong colour, for a start. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.102.114.220 (talk) 14:27, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've uploaded the proper version. FCTS 142 (talk) 16:35, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Beasley564 (talk) 02:46, 29 August 2012 (UTC)That is not the proper artwork for the album. The original U.K. 2 LP set, which I purchased when it was first released does not have the title in white. It is the same green colour as the background and kind of hard to see. The white text was a later 2nd or 3rd U.K. pressing.[reply]

Also the information on the track listings is incorrect. Besides owning the original 2 LP U.K. version, I also have a very early Virgin/Polygram Canada single LP version, promo copy. It has the same track listing as the 1 LP Virgin/Epic U.S. version. So, the track listing section needs to be corrected.

Someone needs to add the correct artwork and display the white coloured jacket as an alternate version. Also the Virgin Canada LP has yet another colour of the title. It is a darker green and easier to read. Maybe 2 alternate covers could be displayed.

As I've posted before in vearious other talk sections of music entries, there are a lot of mistakes here at Wikipedia. Wish someone would get in here and clean this mess up.
