Problems with page

[edit]

Many quotations are made but are not referenced there should be a reference section. This is not a government article, it reads like a list of one sentence paragraphs.

One way to Quote stuff would be as follows.

This is my qouted stuff isn't it great, in offset from the margin and italicized and at the end it has a reference and the refernce appears at the bottom of the page under the reference[1]

Major revisions to this article

[edit]

Since this article was written there are many other ETV programmes running in the world and the ETV concept is no longer only related to the US programme. I am trying to revamp the article to include a better collection of information with proper links and a more neutral tone. Since I am newcomer to wikipedia, any help, suggestions or comments are much appreciated.Pikinyna (talk) 14:53, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This page in 2017

[edit]

This page still has a lot of issues since it appears that the native language of the writer may not be english.

Also appears that in the united states the program has been ended. https://archive.epa.gov/nrmrl/archive-etv/web/html/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gabeshootman (talkcontribs) 02:49, 26 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
