Flavanols vs flavonols[edit]
Epicatechin gallate (ECG) is a flavan-3-ol, a type of flavonoid, present in green tea. According to the entry on flavan-3-ol, flavanols are not to be confused with flavonols which have a ketone group in their structure. --Mirrordor 17:55, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
