This page needs to be protected[edit]

There have been multiple edits to this article which allege that Decker punched a Wisconsin player in the groin. The latest such edit (unsourced as the all have been) alleges that this will hurt his standing in the draft, but even if he had actually thrown such a punch, the only thing that may hurt his draft position is his foot injury. There are numerous blogs which allege that he threw a punch, but reliable sources are lacking. His arm came in contact with the other player while they were both tumbling to the ground, but it's nearly impossible to throw a punch in such a situation.--RLent (talk) 21:04, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That edit was 12 days ago, and you reverted it today. There have been no other edits regarding the alleged punch, but if it picks up in the near future, you should request its protection at WP:RFPP. Eagles 24/7 (C) 21:08, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I went through the history, and there have been several other similar edits.--RLent (talk) 21:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
However there has only been one instance in the last five months, which does not justify the article being protected. Eagles 24/7 (C) 21:33, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
