Both spellings of the name have been widely used in recent news reports on the massacre. A Google quoted search for Esmael yields 13,100 hits, Ismael 19,000; neither is exactly an overwhelming vote of confidence. IMO, some of the sources using Ismael are closer to top-tier reliable media (WSJ, WaPost, AP – though AP alone could account for many of the others), but that's just one person's opinion. If he is truly notable enough to merit a Wikipedia article, we ought to be able to establish his name. Does anyone have a definitive source? Fat&Happy (talk) 23:52, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
