I've included an external link to a map, I was unable to find a public domain map I could use.

Is this a sales pitch?

[edit]

This articles reads like a sales pitch! Is the writer a real estate agent? Employed by the club or the resort? How about writing objective facts! jayoval 23:38, 25 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hear hear! I agree.

Fast ferry?

[edit]

I haven't been able to find anything about this "fast ferry". The ferry to Palm Beach is already pretty fast and it takes 30 minutes to get there... to get to Circular Quay in Sydney Harbour would be something like 50km, meaning this ferry would have to go 100 km/hr... I don't think such a thing is feasible. Without a cited source, I recommend this be removed. Jpp42 14:00, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tourist Info

[edit]

I think that this site should be allowed to be added into the relevant pages of certain regions within Australia.

An example of the information available

http://www.entireholidays.com/regions.php?state=NSW&region=CENTRAL%20COAST

it provides user with information on the region & offers a selection of accommodation options.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kelan19 (talkcontribs)

As mentioned on your talk page and explained in the pages that the comments link to (see particularly WP's guideline on links to be avoided and WP's guideline on spammed links), the link you propose does not appear suitable for Wikipedia - and the fact that you have been adding it on numerous pages certainly violates WP:LINKSPAM. There are numerous sites like the one you refer to, providing some tourist information with links to commercial services (accommodation etc.) - would you accept that it be appropriate for someone to come along and replace your link with a competing one? As WP:EL suggests, if a link was to be included it would be more appropriate to choose a governmental tourist information site that did NOT promote commercial services. History of the club

[edit]

"The Mantra Ettalong Beach Resort (formerly operated by Outrigger) and Ettalong Beach War Memorial Club was completed in 2005." I'm having trouble finding sources, but I'm just putting in here that the Memorial Club, in other ... incarnations ... has been around a long time and seems to have a bit of a history. Originally called Woy Woy and district Memorial Club (so far references found from early 50s) then I think it was renamed Ettalong Beach Memorial Club in the 60s or 70s. I'll keep looking for references, but simply saying the club was finished in 2005 without mentioning the history is a little misleading. jayoval (talk) 21:45, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
