This article is a mess!!!! Of course the institution that the volunteer works for gains profit of him: Of his labour, of his ideas and so on. And volunteers are not diatvantadged young people but young people that have various reasons for their year abroad, for example gathering new experiences or gaining time to think about future plannings.

I've got to say that I disagree with the "advertisement" tag - I would say that only the section on "if you are a volunteer" falls into that trap. (Edmund1989 15:40, 5 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]
