Some issues with terminology in the article[edit]

Hello! I am more than quite capable of fixing it, but I'm both very tired and very lazy. For some reason, the article calls Evans a town. I am pretty sure that Evans is unincorporated (I used to live in the adjacent Martinez and still live nearby) but has characteristics of an incorporated place, I believed this would be called a Census Designated Place. I am pretty sure Evans remains unincorporated. If I recall correctly, in Columbia County, Georgia only Harlem and Grovetown are incorporated. Adam (talk) 06:38, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Schools[edit]

It looks like more than once the schools have been expanded to include all of Columbia County schools. Since Grovetown is actually an incorporated town, and Harlem is a town a significant distance from Evans, I don't think schools in either can legitimately be called schools serving Evans. I'm going to revert those edits to limit the schools again. HDow (talk) 21:15, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
