Raison d-etre?[edit]
For the curious Google-er, this article doesn't explain why these pretend boxing matches take place (the modern ones do not benefit charity). No other sport includes a non-competitive theatrical performance. Why would people pay money to see this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 157.131.205.234 (talk) 18:12, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
