Assessment (October 2013)

This article is completely unreferenced. While there is certainly sufficient content to be start-class it needs reliable sources, particularly statements referring to it as previously regarded as seedy, usage as a film location, information about regeneration project etc. As far as WP:UKRD is concerned an infobox is desirable as well.
