Added this section due to the fact there will be many changes and upcoming events regarding Exposé and so that we can talk about ways to improve this article. tbo452 23:31, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The first thing I have done was to add some section headers and background information to make the article easier to read. tbo452 23:31, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hopefully, there will be many new items we can share in this article. I can't wait for the reunion tour to officially hit full swing in 2007. tbo452 23:31, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Added links with a review of the "Freestyle Explosion" concert -- However, due to registration being required for the link, I have reverted them. You can go here and register if you want. http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/15823298.htm tbo452 04:27, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Songs "Exposed to Love" and the original version of "Point of No Return" are songs by Alé Lorenzo. Per the websites http://dusk411.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=72679 and http://dusk411.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=69909. Discography

[edit]

Please assist in reinstating the complete discography. When I added the lawsuit information, the discography no longer appears; however, it does display in edit mode. I copied and pasted from the edit mode to no avail. Not sure what is going on with this. I appreciate the assist. LatinoFlava

Ta-dah. Restored. Was needing a slash ( / ) to close the ref tag (otherwise it thinks the whole discography is a reference!). Friday13 (talk) 23:05, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Creative Commons photos from 1990 Grammys

The article needs photos taken during the period of their initial success:

[edit]

I reverted the last link change because of the following.

1) The Expose' MySpace page is the group's official site, not just a "social networking" site, so I believe it is relevant.

2) The Expose' Epistle is the only web site dedicated to Expose' independently. In reviewing other web sites, I believe that this should be considered relevant for people wanting to learn more about Expose'. In comparing this to other bands, I find similar entries on sites like the Beatles.

Granted, with item #2, I am that sites owner, so I know all about conflict of interest and will accept somebody removing that link if you think I am unfairly biased. I am not trying to drive traffic or anything like that. (And it is very likely that my site would be referenced in certain interview links to sources in the present/future). I honestly don't want to cause any trouble. However, I think Item #1 should still be allowed.

Additionally, I'll try to update this article and provide more "external references" to valid and salient points.

Recent Edits

[edit]

I reverted a few recent edits. The latest edits were done with some poor editing. Also, we need to make sure to avoid opinions, such as flowery descriptions. There were also gramatical errors.

I have created a Laurie Miller page. Since the latest edits highlighted her stuff I figured it's better if there's a breakout individual to move to that page, just like for the other notable members. I've moved her links there as well, since that's the standard for individual artists (don't include external links to them in the main page if they have their own page). Please remember that this page is not a laundry list of everything the solo acts have done.

what about the fact that the group sang on the Dionne Warwick 87/88 That's what Friends are for benefit for Aids.
Or the fact the julie Marie Albers (me) sang with them when Seasons Change was just hitting number1 and the group went from opening act to headlining act and I was there for over a year in a very important part of the growth of Expose' 2600:1700:82F0:3F20:40A2:719E:F45C:879D (talk) 22:28, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The Miller Page was deleted due to "lack of notablity", so I'll attempt to recreate it later. (It would have to be at least as complete as Sandee's for her to be notable per WP standards. I'll see if I can dig up information enough to create at least a stub article JRT (talk) 12:24, 16 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Original Expose'

[edit]

I think it is important when documenting about a group like Expose' that the information is true and correct. The statements made about the original line up are just not true. No one was fired from the original line up. Sandra was going to be released to pursue other options while Ale and Laurie both quit the group. The album was done with Gioa, Jeannette, Laurie and Ale. Ann joined the group after Laurie Miller had decided to leave for personal reasons and the album had been completed. They had to go back into the studio to re-record all of Laurie Miller's lead parts. For the full story from the source, check out www.lauriemiller.com for the complete story on the Original Expose'. This is said without any ill intention towards the current line up but just for the sake of history and the truth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lmxica (talkcontribs) 05:08, 5 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
