Page move?[edit]

Eyre Peninsula bushfire is a bit generic - there were bushfires on Eyre Peninsula last week! What do people think about a move to Black Tuesday (2005) or Black Tuesday (2005 bushfire)? The whole set of Australian bushfires could do with standardised names, actually. --Yeti Hunter (talk) 07:39, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Page moved[edit]

I agree with Yeti Hunter that Eyre Peninsula bushfire is too generic without the date of this particularly savage bushfire being in the article title. I have "moved" the article to achieve the new title.SCHolar44 (talk) 18:37, 30 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Article upgrade[edit]

I have comprehensively upgraded the article using some more authoritative reference sources, especially the report of the deputy state coroner. Some existing material was not referenced and some sources no longer appear on the Internet, so unhappily I had to remove them. I would be very happy if someone knows where to find independently verifiable sources for this content and brings it back.SCHolar44 (talk) 18:37, 30 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your work re the upgrade of this article. Regards Cowdy001 (talk) 00:16, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
