Peak Media Properties?[edit]

The article says "Peak Media Properties" is new owner of F+W's crafting magazines such as Beadwork. Webpages such as https://archive.foliomag.com/peak-media-spins-off-fw-bankruptcy/ do say "Peak Media Properties" acquired 20 of F+w's titles. Article uses 2 www.peakmediaproperties.com URLs as sources, but https://www.peakmediaproperties.com/ now forwards to https://goldenpeakmedia.com/ and https://goldenpeakmedia.com/news/golden-peak-media-properties-acquires-fine-arts-crafts-assets-of-fw-media says "Golden Peak Media ACQUIRES FINE ARTS & CRAFTS ASSETS OF F+W MEDIA" (probably a tweaked version of early peakmediaproperties.com page). https://issuu.com/ringtonchik2019/docs/quick_2021 is helpful with a scan(?) of April/May 2021 issue of "Fons & Porter's Quick + East Quilts" with page 7 (page "5" printed on page) of scan saying "Fons & Porter's Quick + Easy Quilts ... is published ... by Peak Media Properties, LLC dba Golden Peak Media ... Fort Collins, CO" (the dba presumably abbreviation of Doing business as). When i started search i ASSUMED this article should be changed to maybe new owner is "Peak Media Properties (later renamed Golden Peak Media)", but maybe "Peak Media Properties (doing business as Golden Peak Media)" instead? --EarthFurst (talk) 19:15, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Additional bit about GMP and PMP. Both "Golden Peak Media" and "Peak Media Properties" can be found together at US Patent and Trademark Office trademark database. (can't link to record URL directly because URL expires) Go to TESS https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=login&p_lang=english&p_d=trmk , click on Basic Word Mark Search, type "Golden Peak Media" into "Search Term:" field, and click "Submit Query" button. The tradmark page says "Word Mark" is "GOLDEN PEAK MEDIA", Filing Date is "July 14, 2020", and owner is "(APPLICANT) Peak Media Properties LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ...". --EarthFurst (talk) 21:54, 5 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
