Merge proposal[edit]

FUTA credit reduction is a hot topic in the Unemployment Insurance community nowadays, as many states will be subject to this reduction in 2011 (unless congressional actions are taken to prevent this from happening). Therefore, it warrants a separate article independent of the FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax Act) page.

Support. Absent of complete deletion (again), a merge of this article would work for the content that is not already in the destination article. This article was previously deleted and then recreated by a sock, now blocked indefinitely. The puppeteer, sock, and IP all editing and deleting CSD to evade 3RR. Delete or merge.
