There's an interesting contemporary article about Failworth here, should the need arise. --Jza84 |  Talk  00:05, 26 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Woodhouses[edit]

Woodhouses was a civil parish in the Limehurst Rural District until 1954. It was then amalgamated into Failsworth ([1]). It is now part of Failsworth, [2], [3]), and is even given as such postally [4].

The M60 passes through Failsworth, by way of it passing through Cutler Hill and Woodhouses. --Jza84 |  Talk  00:05, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some great work going on with this article. Any chance we can apply the titular template so as to keep the article well formatted? --Jza84 |  Talk  05:19, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bonnie Prince Charlie[edit]

Did BPC really stay in Failsworth? Really? I have never read anything that suggested that he went that way. He stayed in Manchester at the Bull's Head. Is someone getting confused? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thesectionalappendix (talkcontribs) 16:02, 10 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
