Blatant inaccuracies[edit]

Falco is only known as the recipient of a letter from Remigius of Reims, dated around 511/12 (researched by L. Duchesne; "Fastes Episcopeaux d'Ancienne Gaul"). The 'biography' mentions attendance at church councils in 549 and ca. 585 which is entirely incorrect given the dates of said councils and because the omission of his name in the signatory lists. The date of consecration (495 in the article) is otherwise unknown, as is his date of death. This information was never fact-checked with other sources and according to the mentioned 'sources' originates in the traditional, unreliable hagiographies or genealogical conjecture (Settipani et al). I propose deletion of any 'information' concerning council attendance, date of consecration and date of death. Harachte (talk) 12:40, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
