Fair use rationale for Image:Farm Aid logo.jpg

[edit]

Image:Farm Aid logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Band Names

[edit]

Is "Titty Bingo" really the name of a band? It sounds like something 12-year-old wikipedia vandals would come up with. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.63.16.170 (talk) 20:40, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, it's a real band from Austin, TX. 108.119.153.159 (talk) 01:05, 23 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you think it’s fake, perhaps check it out RJS001 (talk) 22:12, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Too Bad

[edit]

Too bad most of the money goes into corporate tanks and not farmer's tanks... 75.172.82.169 (talk) 23:00, 31 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This whole charity is shitty promoting animal abuse. I’d rather farmers who abuse animals get no money and get a real job. RJS001 (talk) 22:13, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Rick Nelson was to appear in 1985?

[edit]

Notice in Rick Nelson's article regarding recently-acquired airplane:

"a malfunctioning magneto prevented Nelson from participating in the first Farm Aid concert in Champaign, Illinois"

so presumably Rick Nelson was going to appear at Farm Aid in 1985. He was killed the following New Year's Eve. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 14:43, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please add, Kris Kristofferson//*[@id="mw-content-text"]/table[1]/tbody/tr[1]/th/span, he in fact played with Willie and Waylon Jennings during the late set of Farm Aid II, I was there with them. Also please build in a celebrity appearance section for all show especially FAII, there were so many there it is ridiculous. Particularly, Don Johnson, who was at the height of his Miami Vice days //*[@id="mw-content-text"]/table[1]/tbody/tr[1]/th/span . Thanks I will check back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 40.138.236.130 (talk) 06:52, 24 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
