GAAP needs definition

This section is titled with a big subtext "what the heck is that"...and also needs citation; and btw WMG was recently renamed Seaspan International, and normal usage also is without "the". The title of this article continues to bother me, partly because the phrase was created by the highly partisan CKNW/Westcan Global media cabal and is not a scandal in the usual sense of the word; the sale of these ferries to backers of the government who campaigned against this "scandal" is the real scandal, not meaning to be SOAP it's just that that's obvious; insider deal....Skookum1 (talk) 14:53, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
