Lead section has extra information[edit]

The lead section of this article gives details about where this massacre happened, but the body of the article doesn't give that information. The body of the article assumes the reader has read the lead and assumes the reader knows where it took place. The body should stand alone because the lead follows the body of the article and ought to be an accessible summary of the body of the article.
