Which electronic broadcasting system?
[edit]What was the system used when the station went electronic? The BBC used 405 lines and the USA 525 lines. Fletcherbrian (talk) 04:00, 27 March 2015 (UTC)
- The Fernsehsender used a 180 line system at the beginning (1935-38), based on mechanical scanning from intermediate film. They briefly experimented with an electronic 375 line system in 1936 and switched to an electronic 441 line system in 1938. 185.125.2.163 (talk) 19:23, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
Availability
[edit]The infobox claimed the service was available Nationally but the article indicates it was only available in/near Berlin. There were plans for a relay transmitter on Brocken mountain to distribute the programming to other cities but these plans were never realised due to the war. 185.236.42.33 (talk) 18:37, 31 August 2019 (UTC)
