Ramadan

[edit]

The sentence "Every year on or about April 13 Sinhala and Tamil people celebrate Sinhala and Tamil New Year Festival, and Muslims celebrate Ramadan." rather suggests that Ramadan is about that date every year.

Actually, being a fixed date on the Islamic Calendar, Ramadan is about a week and a half earlier each year of the Gregorian Calendar.
