Abolition in 1973[edit]

I added a {{Ukhansard}} reference to a 1986 Hansard cite that confirms Fiars were abolished in the Scotland local government Act in 1973, and there were various debates during discussion of the Act (e.g. here), but if someone can reference the Act itself, feel free to substitute.
