I can see where this might be merged with school field trip - but the current definition of field trip is broader where school field trip includes specifics that teachers and students, generally in the k-12 range, both experience and engage in.

Where as field trip could include university research excursions, trips made by business endeavors and/or those enjoying their leisure time.

Broadening the scope[edit]

I am interested in improving this article. I would be adding information about scientific and non-school field trips. It occurs to me that we might need a disambiguation page to separate two, or more, usages. Does anyone have an opinion? Regards --Greenmaven (talk) 22:30, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Italian[edit]

Sorry, this is the English Wikipedia, not the Italian. There is no place for Italian text unless the article actually has something to do with the language. The translation into Italian is unnecessary and makes it seem as if it has greater importance than any other language. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sherlockian87 (talkcontribs) 06:41, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Error with page issues[edit]

How can the article have historic research? It was last edited a month ago. Sausagea1000 (talk) 08:11, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand what you are asking. - SummerPhDv2.0 02:30, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
