american POV[edit]

Article seems to be from a very american POV: in the UK and probably the rest of the commonwealth, the Fig Roll is a very popular biscuit and not marketed under the name Fig Newtons at all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.223.19.6 (talk) 17:50, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

biscotto ai fichi[edit]

Perhaps a reference to this Italian biscuit could be added. Unfortunately, my expertise is limited to eating them 110.21.184.239 (talk) 00:56, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ancient Egyptian origin!!??[edit]

Nothing backs up this ridiculous assertion. The only verifiable facts in this "article" have to do with the history of the distribution of figs and the modern manufacture of fig rolls. Unless someone can come up with reliable verification for an ancient Egyptian origin, I propose that all reference to such be deleted from the article. I have the feeling that some user is pulling our legs...--Akhooha (talk) 23:21, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

change to lead[edit]

Hi, IP. I'm not sure what this change is about. Can we discuss? —valereee (talk) 20:59, 4 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
