The result of the move request was: Move the second proposal.. Consensus opposed the first and supported the second. It now means dabbing the two disambiguated pages to the base name. (non-admin closure) Safari ScribeEdits!Talk! 02:42, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
– Filip Turek (racer) has just been elected to the European Parliament, so (racer) is now a misleading disambiguator, and this is probably also a case of the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC shifting in his favour over the ice hockey player. – filelakeshoe (t / c) 🐱 23:23, 9 June 2024 (UTC) — Relisting.Safari ScribeEdits!Talk! 02:19, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support 1st, Oppose 2nd because (almost) no one in the Czech Republic knows the "Filip Turek" the hockey player whereas after the EP elections 2024 (almost) everyone knows "Filip Turek" the politician and racing driver - also due to the controversy it aroused. If anyone tries to look up "Filip Turek" on wikipedia, from this time on, it will probably always be the politician - which can be supported by number of page visits on curent Filip Turek and current Filip Turek (racing driver). Besides I personally guess the visits of the former are currently rather misclicks as a result of confusing name on article.
Wait, so you support moving this article to Filip Turek, but oppose moving the article about the ice hockey player which is currently at Filip Turek to a different title? How is that going to work? – filelakeshoe (t / c) 🐱 22:07, 15 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, sorry I misunderstood it. I support both changes: 1) This article to "Filip Turek"; 2) Current Filip Turek to "Filip Turek (ice hockey)". But your proposal also makes sense and I am not against it. R4Z0 (talk) 10:54, 18 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Relisting comment: The nominator can move the racer ambiguated article to maybe "politician" to reflect the new changes. For clarification purposes, this discussion is to find the primary topic or dab both pages to a disambiguation page, and not to find the ambiguator of a specific article. Safari ScribeEdits!Talk! 02:19, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose first, support second, create DAB at basename. No PRIMARY.--Ortizesp (talk) 13:26, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
