Finck von Finckenstein

It seems to me, that your meaning for the prove it should lead to an supermarket, and expression - on this shelf it is, and you can buy it.

there are Indirect evidence of all the facts and exact facts in question;

According to the Imperial Count Diploma Konrad Finck von Finckenstein, originally from Carinthia, came in 1300 with 100 knights to join the Order of St John in its drive to conquer along side the Teutonic Knights. Even this fact does not mush the real history. Konrad Finck the great nephew of the Frederick the II; Holy Roman Emperor in 1230 issue an order to Marbotho one of the Master of Red Cross. The army created by Konrad Finck joined the Red Cross and the Star legation and went with the Order of the Red Cross Hospital to Silesia (Today Poland but not Prussia) creating there the city of Creusburg under the Magdebur Law. But for this article another story comes up; The Imperial Count Diploma show the knowledge that, House of Hohenstaufen it is related to Finck von Finckenstein. Learn more about the code of the Teutonic Order. The simplest observations of the law and rules gives for you a picture, where no one ever get anything from the capitol, except maybe the one who was strongly in power and able to vote on yours/his right. In fact, if the Capitol were not able to repay any debt they usually grand you the land under the law of the Teutonic Order, then they gave nomination for the debt, and additionally impose such taxes so thereafter the beneficial become a slave. Most of the nomination, were temporary holding office and then a new officer took over the estate in his possession. For Finck Family it is out of question and no dispute that those two sons of Michael got certification for the 1440 Chelmno Vulk alias laneus vel Hube hueb, huebm, hufe in 1474. The Act did not give a specified details on the reason of the nomination, but reading the code of the Teutonic Order is known that for such nomination there be a need to bring the recipient to equivalent in Currency of these investment. What is it? and why they nominate Michael 1440 Chelmno Vulk? This is the year 1440 in which Michael has organized a crusade against Russia. I do not know, whether you are aware, but such organization of the Crusades at that time, even the King’s could not always finance, and here we have Michael Fink von Overberg who does organized such crusades. Of course Heidenreich has the power to organize crusades, (it is true) but does not change the fact that the financial situation of the Teutonic Order in the year 1440 was worst then Greeks in 2011, and taxes were not enough to organize such crusade. How Fink von Overberg did it? By the law this fact has not been explained or clarified. There was more important for the Capitol and Teutonic Order to raise the prestige of the Order in the Catholic Church. These details at the moment I also do not want to explain. There were another nomination for the crusades of 1442 for which the castle of Bauska were built by Michael. But this property was acquired by the Teutonic Order after Michael death.Finkpal (talk) 20:56, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

von Roggenhausen as well as von Finckenstein derive from the location of the family estate. Michael locate this village after 1440. Polish name Rogóż - a village in Poland located in Warmia and Mazury (East Prussia) at the Nidzica county, closely to Kozłowo an administrative jurisdiction. Michael held few very important meeting in this home with von Erlichshausen and issue few important documents. Finkpal (talk) 10:55, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder especially for the German part of this family. For them it is in off that an Roghusen exist in 1388 (Nicze of Roghusen) Of course, realism and the real life of today’s does not require us to explore their roots and find out where from actually Finck family does come, and how much blood flows in the Finck’s veins. Fink vel Finck vel Sfinckh are related to the Roman Emperor Charlemagne. Indeed, Charls the Great allocate them in Alemanii Charlemagne, but unfortunately the line von Finckestain and von Roggenhasen are to a greater extent the descendants of Bishops and other hierarchs of the Catholic Church, and therefore they are illegitimate children. And just as such an ancestor was Michael Finck von Roggenhausen vel Vincke von Overberg. Michael Father was Henry Vincke von Monzingen the Judge and Church cleark and his roots are from Auerburg (Grandson of the Falkenstain von Overberg vel Auerburg, The Bishop von Trier.) Michael Mother were NN von Heiden the Mather of Johan and Ernst von Mengede . In 1422 Michael does receive first 8 Chelmno Vulk from the Prince of Mazovia. Since this moment an Vincke von Overberg been Born. Michael was Born in 1404 in Chelmno where he does grownup as a child, junior age he spend at Koscian Poland. But for him the loves’ city was Torun. The real fortune of Finck Family come not with Michael, this was only the beginning. When Michael die all the fortune almost disappear. Thank to Michael Wife von Sokolowska Albrecht the I and Martz as well as these sister Rosamund receive written nomination for the 1440 Chelmno Vulk in 1474. The real fortune of Finck family has been created by these two brother in Dutch Guldens. Finkpal (talk) 01:56, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I did not say that this article has or does present errors, I do rather say that bring lot of confusions and is wrong. First of all Finckenstein castle. The 1710 document does show only the beginning or rather the believs of Sfinckh vel Vincke vel Finck vel Fink, But the permeation to build the Finckenstain castle was issue at 1718. Michael Finck von Roggenhausen does not appears authentically in 1451 because been dead. There are no prove that Roghusen appear in 1388 are the member of this family. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.40.21.49 (talk) 18:12, 14 April 2009 (UTC) Finkpal (talk) 15:24, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
