The article seems a bit unclear about whether the described proposed change of law was actually fully approved or not, and if approved, what jurisdiction it applies to. Can someone please clarify this? — BarrelProof (talk) 20:30, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The article states that "The bill completed all the parliamentary stages and received Royal Assent on 8 April 2019 as the Animal Welfare (Service Animals) Act 2019 and came into force in June 2019". It clearly only did so in England and Wales, since the next sentences indicate that separate moves were subsequently made to incorporate "Finn's Law" in legislation in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
