As far as I know, the zero in FixedSys does have a / stroke... But due to the font small size and to avoid confusion with 8, they cut the strokw in the middle. Am I really wrong? 200.230.213.152 02:45, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also.. How is it called in serif-related issues? It ain't really serifed, nor completely sans-serif... 200.230.213.152 02:46, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's sans-serif, as much as a small bitmap font can be. It does do the same tricks many monospaced sans fonts do with the 'i', 'j', 'l', and 'I' chars to avoid a sparse or unbalanced look, since the characters cannot be placed closer together as with a proportional font. —Random832 16:18, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Should we have an image instead of or as well as the text; for people without any of those fonts? -- CowplopmorrisTalkContribs 09:11, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Two sizes

Some versions of the Fixedsys font (like hvgasys.fon) have another size! Should we mention that in the article? --Explorer09 (talk) 10:08, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is achieved using DPI size 114% or bigger :) http://i.imgur.com/X5wJsIH.png 95.49.18.153 (talk) 16:53, 28 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
