'2014—present' is absurd in January 2014— | Gareth Griffith-Jones |The WelshBuzzard| — 09:50, 18 January 2014 (UTC)

I agree entirely. I think some editors aren't thinking very hard about what they're trying to say. Bretonbanquet (talk) 12:52, 18 January 2014 (UTC)

≈Having looked on this page I cant see any mention of the fact that there is Two Runours - Rumours Live Albums. Rumours Has a Baige back ground and rumours live has a pinkish baige colour, allso on the Roumers live Album you can here steve Nicks anounce she has broke a string,Which track was she playing when said string was broken and what was the following Track?

Rumours Live is a bootleg, so isn't included as an official album. Cheers, Bretonbanquet (talk) 17:27, 23 September 2014 (UTC)

Fake Mac

This is a good story, the source used is a personal website of an involved party, which I think does not pass WP:RS. A more reliable source would be preferred to a single account of a supposed member of "Fake Mac". Other opinions ? Mlpearc (open channel) 21:49, 30 January 2015 (UTC)

Definitely, if one can be found. The protagonists' versions of the story vary wildly, so either a neutral source could be found or maybe a reference from Fleetwood to counterbalance that of Martinez that is currently in the article. The unalloyed truth might just be too much to ask in this particular case. Bretonbanquet (talk) 13:27, 31 January 2015 (UTC)
This needs a lot of detective work. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.91.187.42 (talk) 14:37, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

Fatuous phrase

Since time has not yet ended "making it the eighth-highest-selling album of all time" cannot be known to be true.

I think we can safely assume the reader understands that the article is not predicting what will happen across all time into the future. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 20:56, 15 October 2017 (UTC)

On the topic of British English

I'm English (born and raised), but there are certain usages that 'work' better, grammatically and internationally, than the usages that might pass easily amongst certain native speakers. For instance, a band is a singular entity, and why speak of it (the band) as 'they'? We don't say 'the sky are blue' even though the sky has many things in it. We don't say 'your hair are nice', either. I rest my case. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.119.109.221 (talkcontribs) 22:06, July 30, 2019 (UTC)

Our Manual of Style speaks to this and it is the generally accepted consensus that applies here. Please see WP:ENGVAR.
Different varieties of English are used in different countries; MOS explains how we decide which variety is used in which articles. There is no way to talk your way out of the existence of the varieties. British and American English, for example, use "the couple are" or "the couple is"; "colour" vs. "color"; "petrol" vs. "gas" and "July 31, 2019" vs. "31 July, 2019". - SummerPhDv2.0 04:25, 31 July 2019 (UTC)

Needs more sources

There is a good deal of unsourced material in the article. It has been tagged accordingly. SunCrow (talk) 03:36, 20 August 2019 (UTC)

This is fair. All sections pre-2008 are quite lacking in references.Dobbyelf62 (talk) 14:42, 20 September 2019 (UTC)

"Dependency on LSD" needs citation. Peter Green's Wiki entry quotes him as having taken LSD 8 or 9 times. Bondibox (talk) 09:46, 3 December 2019 (UTC)

Band Picture

Isn't John McVie on the far left? I thought he was the tallest. It looks like him to me. -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 19:19, 30 October 2019 (UTC)

Fleetwood on the left. Caption is correct at the time of typing. Bretonbanquet (talk) 20:17, 30 October 2019 (UTC)
Mick Fleetwood is six foot six inches. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 20:43, 30 October 2019 (UTC)
