If it helps, her book is entitled "The Busy Book", and appears to have been in print well into the 50s. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=Floy+Bartlett&_sacat=0

@SL93: mention here Megalibrarygirl (talk) 21:47, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The weird thing is the ones from the 50s credit someone else as co-writer with Bartlett. Are Josephine Pease and Alida Conover the same person?
Alternatively, is Alida Conover the original illustrator, and Josephine Pease added to the book? credits it as being illustrated by Helen Szepelak, but the art in that version looks pretty 1950s to me, so it might be they re-illustrated it. The 1931 copy is [https://www.amazon.com/busy-Little-Conover-Alida-Bartlett/dp/B007T1YFFE available for $3 if you want it, and the 1950s copies seem to be around 5-10 dollars. If you're interested. Actually, looks like I'm right. Alida Conover is an artist, so, in the 50s, Helen Szepelak re-illustrated The Busy Book, Josephine Pease either added some content or revised some out of date material, and it was re-released. That's a pretty impressive staying power for a children's book like that. Adam Cuerden (talk)Has about 6.8% of all FPs 02:16, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, there's a Wikidata entry for Alida Conover, and, of all things, Welsh Wikipedia has an entry on her, cy:Alida Conover. Adam Cuerden (talk)Has about 6.8% of all FPs 02:19, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It's interesting that there is a Welsh article on her and not one on the English Wikipedia. SL93 (talk) 02:21, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting edit of song title[edit]

I have reverted an edit that changed "This Little Woman of Mine" to "This Little Woman O' Mine" because the cited article has the word "of" rather than "O'". Eddie Blick (talk) 00:34, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Well, the cited article is wrong, considering the title on the sheet music. Thank you for putting that quote from the newspaper in quotes and leaving the song title with an "O'" elsewhere. Yoninah (talk) 09:18, 13 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
