Fluvià. the name of a river! I must laugh!

Well of course the word "Fluvià" can only mean "a river", etc.!! It is certainly related to "flu" or even "Flow", etc. Numerous rivers in Europe were called "Flu's!"Mosa Flu, Tiber Flu", etc. So, just why is this not mentioned?
