More fact, less advertising?[edit]

This page really sounds a lot like an advertisment for the museum, and isn't very encyclopedic in nature. Not sure what should be done about it. Moreover, the article seems to claim that SpaceShipOne is here, but it's in the Smithsonian... Hielor (talk) 00:28, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It does read like they wrote it. Don't get me wrong, it's a great collection. They have a life-sized replica of SpaceShipOne. The article states it's one of six replicas built. Fustigate314159 (talk) 02:48, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've toned-down the bias and cleaned up the article with a bit of copyediting. -- Mikeblas (talk) 01:09, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Collection Details: Avro Lancaster[edit]

The article says the Lancaster was the "destroyer of the German battleship Tirpitz." Does it need to be clarified that it the Tirpitz was destroyed by Lancasters, but not this Lancaster? Fustigate314159 (talk) 03:04, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Collection Details: Hurricane[edit]

Minor point, but the article lists the Hurricane as a Mk.XIIb, but the placard at the museum lists it as a Mk.XIIA. The XIIB isn't listed in Hawker_Hurricane#Variants nor Hawker_Hurricane_variants#Canadian_variants. So this article got the minor version wrong, right?
