Focke-Wulf Ta 283Focke-Wulf Strahlrohrjäger – Dan Sharp's book Secret Projects of the Luftwaffe: Jet Fighters 1939-1945 notes that the designation "Ta 283" cited for the Focke-Wulf Strahlrohrjäger is a fictitious designation invented by aviation historians in the post-WW2 period derived from drawing Nr. 283 for the Strahlrohrjäger.
