I agree, the USDA logo is misleading. The problem seems to be that the FSIS generally doesnt use a seperate logo. I have found one here: https://www.foodengineeringmag.com/articles/91702-fsis-audit-calls-for-better-sanitation-controls-at-canadian-meat-facilities , but this is not an official FSIS page.
