New sub-section on 1980s Fort Sanders music scene[edit]

I'm drafting a sub-section on the history of the 1970s-90s music scene based in Fort Sanders, which formed a pretty coherent subculture by the mid-80s, with some very significant local anchors like Smokin' Dave and the Premo Dopes (and Todd Steed's other projects), and produced a few national acts like the Judybats, the V-Roys, and Brian Waldschlager.

The section will be about the same length as the other history sub-sections and include brief references to bands, clubs, restaurants, and houses significant to that era's music culture. The main source is Jack Rentfro's edited anthology, Cumberland Avenue Revisited: Four Decades of Music in Knoxville, Tennessee (Cardinal Publishing, 2003), plus retrospective articles from Metro Pulse and the Knoxville Mercury in the 2000s. It will link to other Wiki pages, e.g., for Judybats.

I might move the last paragraph of "Later Development" to this new subsection as transition (the wealthy move out; Post WWII students move in, setting the stage), adding brief reference to clubs and restaurants established in the mid-60s.

Any objections or suggestions?
