"State sovereignty of PMR under international law" (pdf)

I disagree with this link: if it were by a Transnistrian official source, I wouldn't mind, but since we know what ICDISS is... bogdan 13:54, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but remember: The criticism of ICDISS was always about its externals. There was never any substantial or documented criticism about the actual contents of the report(s). - Mauco 14:01, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
But it would be interesting to find out if anyone in Transnistria picked it up and republished it as an official source (as Edward Lucas thinks, it could have been an "official production" all along). - Mauco 14:02, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

Seems to me that this may be a POV fork of Transnistria. Perhaps it should be merged into that article. —/Mendaliv//Δ's/ 00:21, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 01:42, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
