Fourth Shore was the "Quarta Sponda" of the Mediterranean sea that belonged to Italy, and has nothing to do with the interior of Libya or Italian Libya. The Quarta Sponda was related only to the geopolitical coast of Italian Libya, and was not an administrative unit like Libya (or Eritrea, or Tripolitania, or Dodecanese, etc..)!!!
