Before the Genocide section edited for POV[edit]

A longer explanation of why I cut and modified 2nd paragraph: This statement is clearly bullshit, promotes a certain political POV, seems to confuse the direction of causality, and is unsubstantiated. The political view in question seems (from this casual observer) to be self-fulfilling prophecy: govt decides Tutsi-led Rwanada is a threat, intervenes in a way that causes massive dislocations and makes an enemy of that political entity, and then is cut off as a response by that entity. In fact, the timing of the dates supports this view and not the view originally stated: during pre-genocide Fr intervenes during RPF's advance halting it (see Rwandan Civil War), Fr gives arms to Hutu govt, Fr intervenes and aids and abets in genocide by protecting its perpetrators during Torquoise, then Fr indicts Rw ministers in Nov 2006 which then leads to Rw cutting diplomatic ties (seems a reasonable response), then Rw enters Commonwealth in 2009. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.246.167.236 (talk) 16:30, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Macrons new investigation should be expanded on[edit]

President Macron has reopened investigations, but this page did not seem to have that information. I added a small amount of info on the subject but it should be gone over in more depth preferably Bgrus22 (talk) 30 April 2019
