Recent reversion[edit]

Regarding my recently reverted edit, just making a point that not all versions of the story place the shooting of Schillinger at the gas chamber, with Ber Mark's Scrolls of Auschwitz as an example of a source placing it at the selection ramp instead, while this survivor's testimony places the incident at a work area of Auschwitz. Furthermore, I was correctly documenting the nature of Franceska and the other women's deaths having more variations than what was presented here, with the second link being another such example of them being herded to the gas chamber, while Berish Erlich mentioned Franceska killing herself, and the testimony of Hoess (also apparently mentioning Schillinger as stabbed and not shot, though that could be a translation error?) mentioned they were taken outside and executed. 108.49.193.44 (talk) 04:33, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Quackernack presence[edit]

I edited the intro because whether Quackernack was present in the event at all is dependant on the telling, and whether he is injured is also a variable. Of note in another version Quackernack is also shot and injured along with Schillinger and multiple others (most likely Emmerich unnamed among them too), but there is another where Schillinger and Quackernack are ogling her and then she proceeds to only attack Schillinger before disarming him and shooting him and Emmerich, Quackernack seemingly not at all attacked in that version. And note that a good amount of tellings don't mention Quackernack's name at all. Two different accounts of her death[edit]

Given the different accounts of her death (one, in Auschwitz in 1943, second, in Warsaw in 1942) I wonder if we might be confusing two people with the same name here, both of whom were Jewish dancers in occupied Warsaw?
