Same person. May require a completely new article title, as he wasn't known by all names, nor really as a cricketer, but as a mayor and naturalist. Due to the era, he was almost always referred to as Mr F.G.A Barnard, rather than any by first name(s). Francis G. A. Barnard is probably the best title. I haven't done the page move; feel free to discuss this separately, but my own feel is that it isn't necessary. There is more that one Francis Barnard, and so some form of disambiguation is reasonable; there's nothing wrong (particularly for a man of the period) with including middle names).
