Questions raised from the beggining

[edit]

As a page editor, I had some questions that are still unsolved until now. All sources say that he played in Red Star Belgrade, but the club was founded after the WWII, in 1945, as the successor of SK Jugoslavija, with most of the players and all the property of the last, going to Red Star. Since Garaffa didn´t play for the French Red Star Saint-Ouen, and since some players, like Di Franco and other foreigners, were playing in the same period in SK Jugoslavija, it is probable that the sources had wrongly wrote Red Star instead of its predecessor SK Jugoslavija, also called in the middle 1940s, before its disbanding, SK 1913. But, this issue is not completely solved. In the list of all players to have played in the Belgrade pre-WWII derbies between BSK Belgrade and Jugoslavija, his name doesn+t appear in any match report, but it is possible that he missed those derbies...

Another issue are the dates of US Lecce and Cosenza. They don´t match in the sources.

Final, most important issue, is the lack of information that I have regarding his death.

Any help would be much apreciated, thanx in advance. FkpCascais (talk) 08:04, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
