Untitled[edit]

Hello,

Thought that you needed to know that my grandfather, Frank Tieri, died on March, 29th 1981, not on March 31st and that although he was convicted on the Rico stature, he was sentenced to houuse arrest and was never expected to go to jail. He also postumously won the appeal that was filed for him, so technically, ne was never a convicted gangster. I'm sure of all these facts because I lived in the same house as him in Brooklyn. My mother Nettie Tieri Villani was his daughter and she died on March 22, 1978, exactly a week and three years to the day before her father. That's just something a daughter doesn't forget and I also attended his trial every day so trust that my facts are correct. Thanks,
                Diomira Villani Accurso

Date of birth now shows as March 29, 1981. The article does not mention a successful posthumous appeal but there would need to be a verifiable source for that. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 07:49, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
